Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The first time, the staff even helped me with plug adaptors! I highly recommend trying their unique breakfast options. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Cleanliness left something to be desired. found hair on sheets and small ants were noticeable in the room. Breakfast options didn't impress, and hot water was inconsistent in the shower.

Request an upgrade if your room has any issues. they are very accommodating and have beautifully decorated options.

missingWrote a review on Oct 24small bathroompoor service
the bathroom was basically an afterthought, way too small for a standard queen room, and breakfast was late every single day. I almost thought about giving a decent review, but when my requests were treated like an inconvenience, I just couldn't. Can’t believe no one thought I deserved some special treatment. What a shame!

Amazing stay with fantastic staff!
Totally enjoyed my stay here! The staff were super helpful and even extended our check-out time when we needed it. The breakfast menu, which you order the night before, was fresh and delicious. Only bummer was that there's no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have luggage. Otherwise, it was perfect for exploring the area!

great stay but room cleanliness could improve
The hotel features a stunning design that elevates the whole experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, offering personalized service and local insights, which enriched our stay. Having breakfast in the charming garden surrounded by greenery was truly delightful, and the city view added a lovely backdrop to our mornings.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with some noticeable hair on the sheets.

This place was just an appropriate option for a holiday in Chiang Mai with reasonable value. The breakfast had a fixed menu but was tasty and enjoyable. Consider asking about parking availability ahead of time.

great location but breakfast could improve
The location is very nice, close to temples and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, offering good wifi speed. Enjoyed having breakfast outside in the cozy garden filled with greenery!
The breakfast options need more variety.

I had a lovely time during my recent stay, especially enjoying the delightful fluffy pancakes and the cozy room! However, the bathroom was a bit small, yet it didn't overshadow my overall experience. I’d definitely choose this place again!
